It is the final of Marco Pierre White's celebrity kitchen challenge. Over the weeks, twelve stars have tried their hand at running the professional kitchen of a busy London restaurant. Now just two remain, and only one can go on to become the ultimate winner. The finalists must battle it out in the Burnout restaurant in their toughest test so far. Who will be crowned champion? Alex Ferns or Elen Rives?

Ending the season in style, Marco flew the final two to his country gastro pub where he set them the difficult challenge of cooking a dish which would give him insight into their lives. Focusing on the ultimate prize, Alex decided to keep it simple: “I am just going to stick to what I know - I need to get first into the truck tomorrow."

Elen, on the other hand, decided to offer Marco a little taster of home: “The reason why I went for this dish is because I love it, I don’t try to impress him.”

The bad boy of British cuisine, Marco-Pierre White brought us a brand new fierce and fiery knockout cooking competition with real bite. Marco oversaw celebrity cooks as they experience the heat, sweat and drama of a real working kitchen while vying to serve up the best dishes for their savvy paying customers. The only catch was that they are completely on their own... Unlike Hell’s Kitchen, there is no team-work, no co-operation and no hand-holding from their mentor. The celebrities could buy Marco's time and help, but it would cost them valuable points at the end. Great cooking wasn’t enough, as they had to cope with the pressure of cooking incredible food, while playing a cool tactical game.
