NDTV Good Times launched a special band of wellness programming ‘Touching Lives’ for its viewers. Each morning, the channel will air six different shows – ‘Men’s HQ’, ‘One Life to Love’, ‘Spa Life’, ‘Lean is in’, ‘The Fit and Famous’ and ‘Bodylicious’.
Sharing her views on the launch, Smeeta Chakrabarti, CEO, NDTV Lifestyle, said: “We are happy to launch such a distinctive genre of shows for our viewers. Every Indian today understands the importance of good health. But, the question is how to achieve and maintain it? Millions of people now realise that health just doesn’t come from prescribed medicines but requires a lot more dedication and willingness to make changes in one’s lifestyle. Our wellness programming is going to encourage our viewers to live a complete, healthy and natural lifestyle but with lot of fun. The innovative programming will showcase a mix of good food, fun workouts, rejuvenating spas, recognition of inner self or simply unwinding with loved ones.”
