Bold seems to be the mantra for Star Plus this season. The entertainment channel, which had launched the unconventional drama series Kaali a few weeks ago, is gearing up for the launch of another show with a bold theme, says a report in Biz Asia News.

The show titled Maryaada revolves around the lives of four women who seem to lead perfect lives but are keeping some uncomfortable secrets about their family.

The never-seen-before family drama on television will dramatise the facades, the unrest and the challenges faced by the women of a family and how they break their silence to protect their own Maryaada.

The show, which has been produced by Tony and Deeya Singh of DJ’s creative unit, will see top actors and actresses such as Vishwajeet Pradhan, Indrani Halder and Kamiya Punjabi play key roles.
