Bollywood beauty Aishwarya Rai Bachchan stirred up interest by preparing nazuk kali soup on Masterchef India, according to infocera.com.

Aishwarya had visited the sets of Masterchef India primarily to promote Action Replayy, her latest movie with Akshay Kumar, the host of the reality cookery show. However, she also made time to encourage the participating chefs and made the soup, whose ingredients the contestants had to guess to avoid elimination.

Masterchef India, the latest addition to the host of reality shows on Indian television, is loosely based on Masterchef Australia, where amateur cooks compete.

Aishwarya’s appearance on the show has helped Star TV score over Sony as the Bollywood beauty has not appeared on Kaun Banega Crorepati, hosted by her father-in-law Amitabh Bachchan, to promote her movie.
