Munnabhai is a local thug whose parents believe he is a doctor in Mumbai. During one of his visits to Mumbai, his father decides to get him married to Chinki, his childhood friend, now a doctor in Mumbai. But Chinki's father gets to know that Munna is a thug and humiliates his family. Munna decides to be a doctor to avenge this humiliation and joins Chinki’s father’s medical college. But will he really become Munnabhai MBBS?
